Waiting for the Rain to Fall

Sometimes I feel alone in this huge world. Everyone who loved me..gone. When I'm alone, I just sit and cry. Why did God leave me here? Alone and waiting to die.. I've waited 19 years to understand why I'm here.... God's plan. I still haven't crossed the road leading to a better place, where someone loved me and loved me all the way. After my mom left me I gave up on the world. I just don't understand, I thought I was her "baby girl". I hate this life now because no one's left to love me. People tell me to pray, but how could that be? 'Cause when I pray it seems like nobody's there, like nobody's listening, like no one's there to care. I know God is there but is he listening? Does God love me anymore? Because I'm tired of wishing. Wishing for love Wishing for "the brains" Wishing for "the looks" Wishing for that rain.. to fall down, telling me that God is crying that he's feeling my pain.. telling me that he'll wash my troubles away and I don't have to cry for another day. But I'm still crying, waiting for that rain.. for someone to love me... for no more pain.
