Waiting for time

Time flies by slowly when it should be up, I keep on thinking when I should be flying. This prison keeps me waiting, I just want to go. Start a new beginning in a hole, Down we go tumbling into a tale, About a rabbit who's time was up. He kept on running but time always caught him, I can't seem to comprehend because if you had that time everything would be fine, You could him to be a clock and make sure that time does not pass by when you are having fun, Or that when everything is dull it can speed things right up. We keep on watching, We keep on waiting, But no matter how much chasing Time always wins, But we will keep on trying to make yesterday OK and to make tomorrow never come, But for now I'm going to just stay and try to wait for time to catch up to me.
