Waking up it’s

Waking up it’s like falling once again,                 

Standing up it's like feeling a punch on your face.

When you feel like you are on top of your game,    

Someone comes and breaks you apart again.  

I am trying very hard to feel appreciated and happy, 

But life sometimes makes you so unhappy. 

You never want to wake up again,   

You never want to cry for anything ever again. 

Life is just hard and breaks you down lots of times,  

But believe me I really want to bring myself up,    

To fight again,  

And to win this game. 

I am looking for a way to find strength,          

I am looking for a way to lose myself in happy gems,  

To feel extremely happy,    

To never feel unhappy.   

I will never be another unfortunate soul,   

I never want to be a crying little boy.   

I want to be a happy soul,          

With the strength of Frida Kahlo on a sunny shore.     

I wish I could get to the top of the mountain,

To rest and enjoy the sweet view.

But to reach the summit I need to walk harder,

And I may someday enjoy the look.

The view that stretches to the oceans,

The view that fades in the horizon,

And stays in the river flow.

Where the moon and the river moan.

Sweet innocent view,

I can’t find the strength to get there,

I have to find a way to meet you,

I need to rest and see you.

I am tired of walking,

Tired of talking,

Tired of fighting,

I am tired of nothing.

But I still need to keep on going,

Because the sweet view is waiting for me in the summit.

That will be my view,

And I am not stopping till I see you.
