Walden

Can I tell you a secret?

You will never have me

No one ever will

Few have come close, but I'm smarter than that

It's not personal

I just like my flings, and there's a certain independence that I could never give up

I'm meant to walk the Earth alone

I'm the girl you have for a moment,

then regret when it's time for me to go

I am the wind and the sea, pushing and pulling you

I am a slow burning fire

I am a bright light that never goes out

I am joy

I am sadness

I am secrets

I am temptation

I am peace

I am freedom

Free at last
