Walk Through The Dark

The stars adorn the night sky through the canopy of limbs aloft the alter of the lupine lords on high spawns shadows in my path that oft’ sway and move in the wind. The rain of yellows and reds scatter as leaves descend, land, and tend to fall with crunch and patter, all serve to obscure the path. and rocks jutting from the side, with downed branches that prey on the traveler and hide the broken bodies where they lay.

Just something I wrote recently.about how violence underlies our normal daily lives, even when we do not directly notice it until it impacts us.
