WALKING THE YELLOW LINE
This is my time to shine, through these dreadful times, I tread this line to better my mind, I keep it in peace, but with spiteful vines, I learn how to preach, though my brutality mind, fortune is what I seek, not in you're kind, but through the ink of creative minds, I walk this yellow line until it fades, or until I walk into a cage, to be locked away for days with my insecurities, this may be way to much for me, I process all my motives, while I skip a beat, my thyroid catches up to me, and gives me anxiety, it tells me I've lost it, it beats on my emotions, sticks me with anger, fences me with danger, flags me with paper, then takes away my finger, and points me in the direction of a hellraiser, it's a short tempered menace who aims at the wrong invaders, who could help, but forgets his flare, leans more towards the error, then the care, he leaves his strength under the chair, and walk out to honor his fear, but it doesn't help nothing, it just leaves him bare, like a deer in headlights, I lost my will to care, I sit and write poems to tear out my nightmares, my lights fuzzy, I can't see clear, I'm lost here in my mental steer, walking this yellow line, until I reach the light there, but it's right here, and I don't feel clear, I feel like a lion caged in his unforgettable night terror.
