Waltz With a Pen

Gracefully guided by only the power of pure desire, this porcelain, gesture-fond jester is drawn to its partner. The jester is flexible, swift, exaggerating, and delicate, yet firm with its intent of wooing its beloved into joining it in merrymaking and frolic. The beloved is a bard: tall, dark, gleaming and handsomely curved, while simultaneously endowed with the gifts of producing imagery and word. Complacent yet pleased, the bard humbly appeals to the jester's request. The jester is overjoyed and eagerly bows, silently taking up its partner. All in a swift motion, the jester and the bard close the space between them and prepare to dance. Their waltz begins with many turns that are linked together with conjoining lines; their illusory feet moving ever so swiftly as if they were gliding on air. Next number! Their proceeding movements are elongated and vivacious with endless curves and periodic pauses. Occasional sharp turns, flits and skips draw in faces with emotion as if their passion painted a picture. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Imagination's orchestra had concluded its piece. Inspiration, the conductor, stood tall and proud, taking its final kindly bow as onlookers cheered. Dreamily content with their rhythmic fraternization, the jester and the bard took their silent leave; the bard kissing the jester's fair skin and laying itself down with nary a single tap. Void of a blush yet visibly grateful, the jester gently caresses the gleaming side of its partner. In a final passionate embrace, the pair seals their intimate night with a kiss... Feeling the click between them.
