wandering

Out, away, under a dark blue sky

on my back in green grass i lie

watching as the clouds go by

inwardly I start to sigh

wondering about what doesn't meet the eye

what happens to those after we die

how much we'd be missed how much they would cry

someday maybe being free to fly

bringing me back to a dark blue sky
