"Wandering"

It is then & now that I contemplate the darkness that has consumed me ever so slowly I find no words to truly explain how I feel I fear I am gone My soul & whole being fading away with the passage of time There is no escape this time I've been too far gone My eyes have seen & felt so much pain My heart while still beating has become numb & immune To me there is nothing left to say or do I don't know why I feel this way Alone in a crowd, a loner with many thoughts Misunderstood, perhaps even forgotten … Call it my fate, destiny or whatever you want to But I am done, I am through

CR7_nena

I'm a high school senior who loves writing poetry... My passions are songwriting & poetry because it is a way of expressing myself when life gets difficult because of my handicapped condition; which is a part of me but doesn't define me. I am a Latina with family from El Salvador, I aspire to become a record label owner & an internationally known entrepreneur/music producer.
