wanting

i want to be seen for my mind

i want people to view me differntly

but not how i see my self

dont get me wrong deepdown i love myself

not in a cocky way

but i look in the mirror and i wish i wasnt me

but wanting to be someone else is a waste of a life

we always want no matter what we have

i just want to stop wanting

ill never be satisfied till all my desires are meet

but ill alway want more

Hello, previously you commented on one of my poems telling me you hope that one day the world loves me back, thank you for that, that was very sweet and uplifting <3 Today I'm here to tell you . . . I understand and reflect very deeply with this poem, love yourself and accept yourself and if you can't accept yourself for who you are, glow up. Glow up into the person you so deeply wish to be through the inside <3

Just a reminder about the difference in wanting & wishing. Wanting is possible because you take action, wishing is not possible because there is no action on the other side. I've spent a lot of my time wishing, lets start wanting and taking action <3 P.S. lets be friends, I'll keep an eye out for your future poems <3

Much Love,

Belyn
