War

Home of the free & the brave?

That’s not what I see.

I see a nation in an all-out war.

I look at the news,

madness, war & death,

that’s what I hear and see throughout the day.

Betrayal,

murder,

rape,

assault,

sexual assault,

sex trafficking,

kidnapping,

drug trafficking

treason.

The list goes on,

all over the world.

Teens getting bullied/cyberbullied by someone with no heart.

Bullies & cyber bullies discriminating,

racist comments,

harassing,

teasing & hating on someone for who they are.

Religion,

race,

judging,

sexuality & color like no other.

Teens committing suicide.

Gangs coming into the United States from other countries,

& murdering everyone in sight.

Journalists getting beheaded for standing up & speaking out.

Animals being abused and killed by the heartless.

Dogs getting thrown into oncoming traffic,

and killed.

Dogs & cats getting slaughtered and sold in meat trades.

Kangaroos fighting for their very lives,

while someone with no heart,

ties them down and takes a knife to their throats,

last & final breath they breathe.

ISIS slaughtering and murdering Americans,

in the most gruesome and heartless way possible.

Hate crimes against one another.

Parents abusing their children for who they are,

or for who they want to be.

Parents kicking their children out for coming out.

Dogs and cats being used as lab rats.
