War of the Heart

Confessed but forgotten

Lover’s woe returns

Nights alone, abandoned

Of darkness we will learn

Scars of war have faded

The heart’s wounds yet remain

Battles against monsters won

But peace has never came

Maybe in the future

When battle ceases, stills

Your love will grow and further

And my demons you will kill
