War of the Words

I abhorred writing.

From the outline, to the editing.

I abhorred writing.

Demands by teachers.

Going through the procedures.

"Check for iambic pentameter,

What's the theme? Find the answer."

Teachers made it tedious.

But when you write freely,

your passion and wit are homogenous.

Poetry arranges my discombobulation.

When my thoughts are at war, words are the reconciliation.

I adore writing.

From the organization, to the freedom of expression.

I adore writing.
