Warmth
ive dug a little home in sad
and i wish i had a better reason than adolescence
i can lasso one if i really need to melt the stark lump in my throat
or feel a little bit
so i crawl back into my small nook
and i let my tears soften the earth
i put a blanket of dark over myself
and let my indulgence in sad carry me
to the red sun
to the morning shore
