Warmth
I crave that little bit of love
That thing that keeps me hanging on
Just when I think I cannot go any further
I crave that little bit of warmth
I desire that ear to ear smile
The very thing that can turn ones day
Just when I think that things could not go any worse
I desire that little bit of warmth
I need that reassurance
That "It will be okay."
Just when I begin to doubt myself most
I need that little bit of warmth
I crave, desire, and need
The thing that not just I, but all of us could not live without
Just when we become chilled wtih darkness
We crave, desire, and need that little bit of warmth
