Warmth and Motion

It's easy to get wrapped up in the fog in your head,

In the stress looming, threatening to overtake you like sharp-toothed shadows

It's important... It's important to exhale

To inhale

To curl up in her arms and let the stresses quiet

Let the waves wash over you, let the sunlight warm your face

Know that it is all Liminal, that we will all be safe some day soon
