Warrior

Listen up all of you out there

Here's a resolve that gives all demons a scare

Especially the one's that followed me from day one

Today it's over, today, your reign is done

I have a key and the answer with the wrath I got in store

My house is no longer left open, now I'm closing the door

You can push me down and beat me up

To the ground until I'm out of luck

Pull things out and push things in

and tell me survival never was a sin

But this is not just survival, this is war

Ran me dry for two years once you took what I came for

But keep it, I don't need it, I hope it gives you a cramp too

I make my own future because at least I can count on myself to follow through

End the day, start the show, tear it down, and I'll make it grow

Let it end, so I can start it again and when I start again, You'll know

I am not some hired hand, because I serve the one who fell for the sins of man

I've read the case, you've done the drug

Say to my face when you've had enough

I have an army behind me from all around

Storm in arriving, can you hear the sound?

I see people who have been through worse lying without motion on their death bed

Hooked up to a breathing machine next to a table of meds

Passing on to the next life mourned by their kin

With their faith out of question and reluctant to give in

Screaming mercy, as if they're almost calling me

Just one look in their face could brighten their day and set them free

The kingdom I live in is better than a sleeping giant

And we can get our point across without causing a single riot

Giving out hope to all who are poor

And not just talking about doing it behind our closed doors

I expect the best and I'm prepared for the worst

I see my onw life as a blessing and not a curse

I strike down every demon with every verse

Becasue I can, and I've been told by the one who's last and first

These demons are not in my revelation

I'll see them running in the tribulation

While I've helped free a generation

Leaving their demons in desperation

So forget about the past, loser doesn't last

Like a sweat staing it washes out fast

Send the creepers in who want to change our fate

Send the hot stuff and make the men race

As they walk up right now, eyes on me

Telling white lies and trying to stay free

They'll never get close to us becasue we're always one up

Like win streak, we never get enough

Story starts like everyone knows, rock bottom as this dustbowl overflows

Freinds never had faith in me but today they wouldn't be ashamed of me

I know friends come and go like I've never known them before

And love that was tainted, is never and open door

When she's like a  sister but corrupted by the lust of her gaze

She'll want to say I love you! but she'll be too afraid to say it to your face

But that's all I hear, is people living off fear

Asking mom to hold you dear but unfortuantely you're grown up, she's not here

But we won't back down when life gets rough

Remember that all these hardships exist to make you tough

Whatever comes through those gates is something that you've faced before

Don't put yourself down when you're capable of so much more

Changing a nation begins with the hearts of the few

And that answer isn't hidded because it begins with me and you

We're not at the end, we're barely begining our race

When we hit rock bottom ,we learn that we have to fall

To remember why we stood up in the first place.
