Washed Away


They told me breathing is easy— Underneath the water Lungs forgotten, Mind left to wander. The waves— Crashing against air exhaled Bubbles, Created in innocence. Rubber soldiers floating by— Heart beats in the ageless flood A child dreaming, In a porcelain sea.
