The Watcher

There's someone watching me

Someone wild

Someone free

One minute I'm alone and then they appear magically

A life once filled with with sorrow is now filled with glee

Heart once filled with pain now beats happily

Was blinded by tears but now I see

See how happy I can be

See how the world is just free

Free as can be

Grew up being afraid but now I live fearlessly

Crying out in joy as I see

See I am as happy as he

All because of that person watching me

Instead he no longer watches me

He lives here in my heart

Where he is safe and pain free
