Water

The brain cells stopped moving

frozen

his lips are blue

darker than the sky

shivering

they pulled him out to late

his eyes stuck

wide open

from hypothermia

his lashes cling to the cold water

theh last sign of life

holding on before his hear stips beatin

breathin the water into his lungs

constricting

like the life he lived

unitl he jumped of the bridge

into the ice cold water
