WATER become TEARS

Watching
Another
Teardrop
Enter
Reality...
...
Whenever I run out of salt I cry in my food to complete the recipe...
Praying that this sodium will be the death of me...
I wish my taste buds were on the bottom of my feet.
So I could wipe your flavor between the grooves of the concrete.

I don’t want you to live beneath my kiss...
So I peel off layers of my skin until I expose bleeding lips.
Still I can't help but to lick your lies like lip-gloss on my teeth.
Your poison travels down my throat and kidnaps my speech.

Please don't hold me for ransom...no one will pay you what I'm worth.
I bleed sorrow, but cry diamonds; please just put me back into the dirt.
Bury me alive so I can turn every shade of blue that you have ever made me...
Then paint me like Picasso on his period and use your lies to frame me.

Display me in your gallery of uncertainty.
You hang me in your heart...but never give me a title...purposely.
I never knew how you could stroke my pain so well until the day I discovered...
All this time you were painting with my tears, instead of using water colors.
