A Waterfall of the Mouth

A Waterfall of the Mouth I haven’t wrote—in a long time I feel like a well in a village that has run dry leaving a civilization of rich words and metaphors to die Without water Deprived of a deep, defining substance or lyrical meaning to quench their thirst, empty lines without a verse But still full of thought My mind still rich But in the back of my head they rot—into A broken down mush Still full of lyrical value Used as compost to create a sprout That becomes a fluent and vibrant Flow— A Waterfall of the Mouth
