Way Beyond

It is a lifestyle That no one or thing can replace It creates a bond between people that can’t break It a love that everyone shares To accomplish goals and dreams Way beyond Putting that little orange ball in that big round basket But having people you can call family Without having the same blood Someone that will watch out for you Way Beyond Watching your back on help side defense It creates a outlet For people like me, him and her Somewhere WE can put out anger towards Other than out on the streets Where someone can take their anger out on us Way Beyond Just having something to do It is a love that is made Whenever you put your J’s on the court When the ball makes that swish sound When you know you are more than yourself but Apart of something bigger Which is sometimes unexplainable But one thing I know for such Basketball is Way Beyond Just Another Game
