The Way of Her Waves

She courses as strong as the tides

And dwindles when required

But when given the opportunity

She returns with larger waves than before

She does not follow the course of the sea

But instead flows against the tide

To form her own path

She is powerful and determined

And continues through storms

Even when they are choppy

I call her Mother

And love her powerful waves of passion and perseverance.
