the way see i myself

in a world full of everything,

nothing seems straight.

i get lost for a time or two.

at the age of 17

school goes by faster.

a social life gets

harder to have.

being deaf helps me

push myself further.

soicety pulls me

in different directions.

i have to beg my

mom to do anything fun.

school, netflix,

social life & media is all my life

consists of right now.

i veiw myself

decent looking, selfie taker,

easy to talk to, be friends

with.

i am not the brightest,

athletic, talented,

good looking but i do

put effort into where

it is needed.

i can and will be lazy

at times, forgive me.

i try to be on time

to everything.

my life hasn't been

all that great.

it has brought me

here for a reason.

made me who i am

today.

that's how

i see myself.

i remember all

of my mistakes,

guilt of the past.

but one thing

i've learned

is to let go and

forgive yourself.
