Wayward

Dreaming is dumb living is flight

Falling for a victim is a sentiment of being nothing but a shadow to the night

I will get there, grab the bank, one way or another this lonely desperate rubble

Held me down to slumber, dragged my ass through the gutter

But I am not a lonely desperate mother f**

Its green on that side, takes green to walk that side, in the glory land of merchant lords of global entrepreneurial world utter.

I see it there

I can shake that hand and slide right into that row bleeding hearts no more there than on the gutter row back in slumber

But I see it there and I play that hand I can win it there because I know how to live down in the gutter

I'm going to work my way to the trade marking those Jones and Dows and the global parade on that graduation day all the same as the NY stock exchange

That's the dream job for this dumb kid that been dreaming a life counting stocks on the rise counting cards late at night and scrapped a nickel and every dime

To slip over to the side where the green smells different and pure and kind

No bleeding hearts over there either just a different count on the number

a few more digits to get this poor dumb dreaming kid the hell out of the slumber

Nothing more nothing dreaming nothing different that's in the mind its what you do with that

IT IS IN THE MIND
