we

how easily it comes to you, that you're nothing to me. at all. everything about us is an irony. you're everything i know. you feel nothing. we're both everything to each other. but nothing to call. we both turn and toss and wait. we both want it. we both step back but never leave. we're both there in each other's lives. we don't want incomplete. we despise it. yet it is all we are now. half of you and half of me. other halves of us is buried deep in the past year. they're both complete. they don't have to wait like we do now. they've everything. they're everything. its a relief now. irony of us. half of us complete. half of us we don't know. we both were so sure, knew everything, promised everything, poured our hearts now and now none of us speaks first. we won't ever i think. there's a long life ahead, if i make it. without you. i hate when you say it'll be fine, that i had a life before you and i will have one after you. oh you stupid stupid love. before you, what was i? merely surviving. everything came with you nothing without you. im right when i say idk how to live without you, i haven't known. but i know how to survive without you, that i have known all my life.
