We Are..

We are the world, we are the people

That is the church, and we are its’ steeple

Michael Jackson is a legend though he is now dead

I still listen to his songs while getting in bed

We are the life that this world may need

try to be ourselves and do some good deeds

We are all equal, no matter what race

even if disabled, please don’t discriminate

No segregation, no racial slurs

Rosa parks was awesome, and I respect her

We are unique- we’re not like each other

The past is the past, the present is now

but we should learn to respect if you don’t know how

We are role models for our little brothers and sisters

Be a good influence; hug him or kiss her

We are the world, we are the children

Time to get up, turn back time, and start living

We are what we are- no one’s going to change us

But I wish the world had more responsibility, love, and trust

No one is normal- that word has no meaning

My comfort is my music even though I’m eating

We strive for our goals and we will succeed

as long as we dont stop all think positively

We are what’s present, and we are the future

Some lives are rough, but we can make it smoother

We are the world, lets all make a change

We are all equal, though we are not the same.
