We Are Glowing Up Now

When you are little, small, and frittle

You think veggies are bad and fast food is rad

You can eat candy all day and won't effect your weight

Because you are just little, small, and frittle

But those high school days come right away

And those pizzas stack up like a pudding cup

You see a change in your body that you don't like at all

So you begin to eat those gross veggies in the fall

You become aware of the food you bare

And you make smarter decisions

You are healthy now and you are proud

Because you have completley changed from that first day
