WE ARE POETS

Don't overlook our words

Spoken through our inks and sheets

Don't say we are workless or jobless

Many are called but few are chosen

Don't use the sword to fight us

We win many battles Without a war

We give hope even when hope is lost

We connect both the spiritual and physical

We know the wisdom of old and the wisdom of tomorrow

We are not prophet but our inks prophesy

We where born not with swords but inks

We aren't scholars but we teach morals

Our fame and reward is the happiness

Seen in the funny place life

We are the happiest when you study humanity

We are young but speak as wise men

Our empire is imagination and inspiration

Our crown is our ink and our throne our sheets.
