We Are Time Capsules
These halls will be empty,
far sooner than we think.
This time flew by us so quickly,
we barely had time to blink.
And yet, we have so much still ahead,
from Friday night football and storming the field,
to popcorn and late night movies with friends.
We'll look back at the photos, like time capsules, unsealed.
Still, we have weekends and road trips to enjoy,
and laughs that will leave us aching and sore.
So let's give our all; play tough and stay hungry;
We'll go out with a bang that leaves them all wanting more.
