We have been through it

We have been through it all

throught the darkness, through the sun

countimg blessings, picking stones.

Never let the sadness come,

always fighting against the odds.

We’ve been counted out,

we’ve been stepped on,

wide awake and got slept on.

We had everything and we lost it.

But still have each other,  we keep on going,

we keep on fighting, we keep on climbing

we keep on reaching, even when this world can’t see it.

We are toghether, that’s all it matters.

Always together, never apart, maybe in distance

but never in heart.
