We Have Fallen

We are America. Land of the free.

The biggest milltary might the world has ever seen in our time.

The most globly connected in spreading our ideas.

One of the richest economys, in the World today.

But look at us!

We are the Worlds biggest joke.

At one time, we were looked up to.

A insperation others could look up too.

We have fallen, but its no wonder.

Even this teenage girl, who knows oh so little can tell you why.

When we were a young country, the government served the people.

The miltary comanded everyone's highest respect.

Everyone had a equal chance to become something, even if they were nothing.

That is no longer the case.

Now the government serves its self only to those who can pay.

The military's a joke, just count how many veterns are sleeping in the streets.

And even to get a job, you have to be able to pay for a degree.

We have fallen, by our own selfish greed.

For one can only be great, by being equal, in all things.
