we live together as one

what is more important?

living or dying?

to hyper-focus on death is to forget the very act of living

we die alone, just by ourselves

no one but us can die

but we can live together

we do live together

one planet, one universe

how beautiful

if you take a moment, you can feel it

the sunlight on your face

the air flowing in and out of your lungs

buzzing of bugs we’ll never meet but can hear

I’ll probably never meet you

but I can feel you

I can hear you

we’re all living

together

hello! my names margo :) - 17, they/it I’ve been writing poetry consistently for about a year now. Some of my favorite poets include (but are not limited to): Nakahara Chūya, Ocean Vuong, and Sappho! I don’t have a favorite type/style, but I do like poetry that speaks from the soul.
