We Shall Fight Back
Oh wretches and crooks lying in wait outside,
You shall no longer pounce on us whenever you like.
We, the protectors, have a message for you to hear,
Your desperation will soon turn into fear as you fail to ensnare us.
Gone are the days when we were easy prey,
Gone are the days when you just had your way.
We refuse to be victims of your endless, cunning schemes,
Refuse to remain powerless as you snatch away our hopes and dreams.
We shall fight back until none of you is left.
Eradicate all those responsible for safety's theft.
You haplessly took away our dignity and life,
We show you no mercy, and leave you to die.
To you, people are just toys you can exploit as much as you dare:
We are 'weak, unsuspecting idiots' you can entice into your lair:
And we? We did as we were told, we didnt fight but we'd flee,
and you folowed us you wicked demons, cackling with glee.
But now, gone are the days when we had no way of stopping you,
Gone are the days when, of escape, we had no route.
We refuse to flee, and shall fight instead.
Refuse to cower in fear and dread.
We shall fight back until none of you is left.
Eradicate all those responsible for safety's theft.
You haplessly took away our dignity and life,
We show you no mercy, and leave you to die.
Wake up my friends, and look at the world outside:
Things are clearly not as they appear at first sight.
There still are those who learn what is real fear,
as they are dragged away, their cries muffled, by some stranger.
Hidden from the light of day, crying out in pain.
Helpless as they are tortured, abused and slain.
While we are told to beware the strangers outside,
can we really be sure there are no dangers inside?
So let's join hands my friends, and counter this wave of crime,
Cause to fight against the likes of trafficking, it is always the right time.
Gone are the days when the abused were left of as unspeakables.
Gone are the days when we had no answer to these troubles.
We refuse to stay mum while injustice prevails;
Refuse to take no action while the doers of crime remain.
We shall fight back until none of them are left.
Eradicate all those responsible for safety's theft.
They haplessly took away our dignity and life,
So we show them no mercy, and leave them to die.
