We, Too

Dearest Fellow Citizens of the World,

Tell me, what is the use of it all?

Why do we fight, we die, we fall?

Is there a purpose to it all?

Is there a real reason that we'd want to maul;

Those in opposition to what we believe?

Or do we really want to be seen-

As the Righteous One;

Head held high in the air?

When really, we, too, are just as unaware.

Sincerely,

Peace
