We Wait

The rainy day. On and off. They wear solum faces. Switched to talk. The music soft. Scattered, gone. Too slow, too hard. No speech but three. Sad sounds, calm. It's hard for all, yet they smile and joke to forget. The pain, they hurt. It's too quiet, too calm. They all wait and watch. So still They touch and feel. HER. Open your eyes please, please, please. One-sided sounds, now two, now muffled, more sound, but not important We wait. Poetic still, my eyes and ears. There are no tears here.
