We Will Meet Again

It seems so long ago,you held me in your arms. You told me that you loved me,and we would never part. But then the good Lord came knocking,on that cold Winter day. And he took you by your hand, as I watched your world go blank. Sometimes I hear your whispers, sometimes I smell your perfume. I know your there beside me,guiding me and helping me through. Every night I pray. I pray to you and the Lord. And I know you hear my whispers that I say in the dark. Because I can feel you all around me. Comforting me,telling me it's all right. That you no longer suffer,Because your in Gods light. You tell me that your heart is full once again, seeing Grandpa Farm. You tell me you and him are always danicng on the stars. You tell me not to worry, because we will meet again. In Gods mighty kingdom, where he has prepared me a bed. So I close my eyes, take a breath and let all doubt go. For now I know we will meet again, and my heart will be whole.
