Wedding Planner

Tiffany Leonard Everyone stares as she sorts through her books She’s just a wedding planner, why all the looks? She’s stressed, tired and a total mess She’s supposed to be planning a wedding for her sister Jess, She has to make decisions in so little time Decorations, invitations, lemon or lime? She never has time to simply relax She’s always on the phone or sending a fax, You can tell by her appearance she’s pretty worn down She has bags under her eyes and has gained a few pounds, But she loves her job, you can tell it rewarding Unlike a mortician whose always in mourning, She gets to give people what they have always dreamed for It is so worth it that is why she does more, She set out on this pilgrimage for all the unmarried pairs They died on 9/11, it just was not fair, On the day of the attack her fiancé was working in the towers She was planning the wedding and picking out flowers, Her fiancé died and went to heaven Because of the attacks on 9/11 Now she makes it her job to give people the chance of a wedding Cause she would have loved to see her name in the married newspaper heading.

I love the twist in the end. you really made me think it was going to be a jolly rhyme but twisted it into so much of a more deeper meaning, try to repplace your words with heavier words but i did completly fall in love with the message, I love it.
