The Weeping Woman.

The Weeping Woman haunts children as she vouches to take their souls.

She's a broken women; been cheated on by her lowlife, lazy, good-for-nothing loaf of a husband.

'I vow vengeance!

She kills her husband, then drowns her kids in a nearby lake.

Now she travels the world, in search of souls from young children, so she can finally pass onto in the afterlife.

'I will weep, and then I will kill with vengeance!'
