Weight

Lost because there was too much weight

There was too much weight that I was starting to hate

I couldn't find myself the one solution

But then I realized it was all an illusion

I came across the perfect community

That gave me the proper immunity

The solution was always in front of me

What I once thought was my enemy

The weight was always there for me

I was mistaken so terribly

Weightlifting became my therapy

It took the bad weight away from me

And provided enlightenment to me

It showed me how to overcome an obstacle

It showed me that anything is possible

It taught me the patience of progress

It taught me to overcome stress

It showed me the way to success

It showed me the power I could possess
