Welcome to Hell
There has been a day
when I ran away,
hid myself from all the pain.
I had my back up against a wall
watching my world just crash and fall.
Alone in life
ain't how it seems,
this isn't how it's suppose to be.
Love ain't here
on these cold hard streets,
full of liars, players,
and broken a** cheats.
This is life and how it mistreats,
if you end up here
then this is how it will be.
Stuck in here living only as a shell
with only a sign in your hands saying,
"Welcome to Hell."
Life ain't always easy
and it makes you feel dead inside
from the weight you have to carry
also the tears you try to hide.
Don't got a mom,
don't got a dad.
I know you be thinking
this is just sad,
but don't shed a tear
when you have to hear
I grew up in life living in fear.
I gaze up at the gray sky,
watching it as it cried my tears
that I can't cry from my eyes.
I'm just sitting here in this alleyway
just thinking about today,
the only thing that I remember,
that went through my head was,
I had to get away.
I can't stay here,
not because of fear.
I know you want my death
but now I can really care less.
I can't feel my heart,
this ain't the end, it's a new start.
Life ain't always easy
and it makes you feel dead inside,
from the weight you have to carry
also the tears you try to hide.
This is the world
and this is how it is for me
ain't very pretty,
don't you agree?
There is no peace,
no rising East,
no setting West.
This is my journey,
my eternal quest.
