Peter, Peter please Peter don’t you see? i would kiss you over the clocktower ticktickticking to our ending i would kiss you upon morning Neverland arrivals in my windowsill, waitingwaitingwaiting i would kiss you in front of Tinkerbell in front of the Lost Boys in front of my mother i would kiss you even if it meant i could never grow up ‘cause growing up is hard and it’s not so necessary as they say it is, and i’d rather cheat destinydeathdesire i’d rather create fantasyflirtationfire and kiss you kiss you i would kiss you kiss you if only you would kiss me, too.

Oh my gosh. You have just sumarized the expanse of my life. This is my childhood- this poem, it's amazing.

How did you do this? I am- I'm speechless. Tell me what you know

Excellent poem Aubrie! It soars, it is succint and imaginative, and I think J.M. Barrie would be very pleased. I can't wait to read more of your poetry!
