Of What

Broken promises, broken dreams, torn to smithereens, left back oh so it seems in the pursuit of what? of all that means?Something, something relatively speaking, just trying to glean a meaning giving the best part of myself to find some redeeming. Yet my lovely deadly opponent is not recieving so Im left breathing a silent suffering a silent burden broken and disheveled, bereft and torn forlorn in my pursuit of...what?Something!Something tangible you cannot hold, something too strong so you lose control. Do I maintain the hand or just fold........Rivers run deep and so does this Soul...let Paradise unfold for you, the best of all things I pray you pursue...Life in a fast pace there you,in my periphial you, slipping falling clamoring for a foothold amongst the many challenges, the shifting sands of time causes one to lose balance looking only to you. Careless was I with your heart now I suffer the loss of your affections, a running theme throughout our journies together a path I chose willingly though instint warned ominously. How I wish I could go back and change the mistkes made the vain rumination posthumously. A fools sentimentality I surmise or simply an old mans lust chasing a skirt much to my demise.
