What am i?

You said that one day ill be great

You said that one day ill be wonderful

I dont see it

Can you show me?

I am like a fly trapped inside of a spiders web

Having no place to hide

No place to run

I look inside me and i dont see it

I dont see the power

The confidence you say i have

Thw worthiness that shapes me

I sit in the corner

And talk to a man i think is sitting next to me

About the past and present

I want equality

I want balance

I throw my hands up

Becasue i am finished

With a 17-year-old race.
