What Am I Feeling?

I feel the urge to smile. 
I have the sensation to laugh. 
What are these weird feelings?

Lately I’ve wanted to jump up and down. 
Sometimes I want to scream and shout. 
But not for anything bad. Oh god no.

Is what I’m feeling normal?
This feeling of what people call “happiness”?
Woah. It’s taking over. This feeling is taking over. 
But I like the control it’s taking, so maybe I’ll allow it.
