What am I Fighting for

It’s always a constant battlefield

Not knowing what’s right from wrong

You say one thing

But mean the other

I take hold of your hand

Soft on touch

My mind escapes and wanders

How can I love something

That never shows their

True colors

You say one thing

But mean the other

I picture myself

With you in my arms

I am I just fool

To believe

That maybe one day

you will realize that

I am the one for you
