What Am I Supposed To Do

Noise. That's all I hear, a constant roar all around me. Help. That's all I want, to pull me out of this mess. Empty. That's all I feel, a deep hole that can't be filled. Dark. That's what overtakes me, consuming my body from the inside out. Anger. That's all I can express, lashing out for no reason. What. That's all I can think, what am I supposed to do.
