What Am I Thinking?

"What are you thinking?

No Filters" He says,

As we lay naked together,

Tangled up in his bed.

What am I thinking?

My mind is a wreck.

Like a single loose thread,

It all goes to heck.

What am I thinking?

My mind is a mess.

Then there's a stir,

Deep down in my chest.

The one constant thought,

My unfailing truth.

The me with no filters,

The one that loves you.

I'm a new poet and I know my poems could use a lot of work. I can take critiques but not ridicule, thanks.
