What Is Dance?

Dancing is not just a hobby

It can be a lifestyle

A feeling of being free naturally and spiritually

It is something that can let out emotions, whether its anger or happiness.

Dancing can be a message,

A way of speaking without using the mouth.

The beat of a song running through your feet

Reaching your veins,

Leaving you speechless on how your body reacts.

Dancing is like a bird thst hums

A river with a waterfall

"Dancing is a way to express but not impress"

Dancing is an art

Like a painter describing his fear through a painting

A way of a making a song become visible to the eyes

Clearful minds, discovering the wonders of the body and soul

Tapping your feet in the storm of life

Dancing is a way to overcome

Through darkness, dancing is the light

Dancing in front of thousands of people but feeling alone

Feeling as if you are facing the eyes of God

Making it clear within every step that

I am dancing

Dancing lives within me

That is what dancing is.
